Application: 67-70 Ford Mustang
This is the correct Ford factory OEM 9″ single diaphragm power booster used on Mustangs from 67-70. The booster has the correct 4 stud mounting pad and takes a Ford master cylinder. Unit comes in gold zinc plate with the correct large hole pedal rod eyelet. This is a better choice vs. the black if you wish to paint it yourself.
If converting from manual brakes you will need to drill 4 holes in your firewall just like the OEM confguration. This unit fits the factory automatic trans car. Will not fit with factory manual trans linkage. But, to keep your strut towers and run a modern dual rez master cylinder you may wish to run this shorter booster (vs. the long skinny Midland manual trans booster) and convert to a hydraulic clutch pedal. You cannot fit a dual rez MC with the Midland booster.
