PayPal Payments

At checkout you will be forwarded to a secure PayPal/FAB Quest web page to complete the transaction. Pay with a credit card, debit card without a PayPal account, or login to your PayPal account and follow the prompts. If you do not have a PayPal account, the option to create one will be given.Once the transaction is complete you will be given the option to return to FAB Quest. PayPal payments are instantaneous. You can expect an order confirmation email from FAB Quest instantly. Production will begin immediately.

Check Payments

Business Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks are accepted. Orders will be delayed 3 business while your check clears. NO EXCEPTIONS! You will earn a 2% discount for paying by check on most products. Discount does not apply to TCI Chassis orders.

Bank Wire Transfer Payments

Upon request, detailed payment instructions will be sent to you by email once your order is received. You will be notified by e-mail when your payment is received. Wire transfers are guaranteed by the FDIC and the funds are transferred instantly. Production begins immediately once payment is received in full. You will earn a 2% discount for paying by Bank Wire Transfer.

Credit Card Payments

We accept – Visa, MasterCard and Discover. At checkout you will be forwarded to a secure PayPal/FAB Quest web page to complete the transaction. You will NOT be required to have a PayPal account to use your credit card. You will NOT be charged any service fee by PayPal. 

PLEASE NOTE: We take our credit card policy very seriously and must do so to protect our customers and FAB Quest from unauthorized credit card use. If we feel a Credit Card is being used in a fraudulent way, we will contact the authorities. USING A CREDIT CARD IN A FRAUDULENT MANNER IS A FELONY!


Prices are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to notify inquiring customers of any expected changes before their order is placed. Once an order has shipped, the price cannot be adjusted.

FAB Quest is located in Nevada. Nevada Residents will be charged sales tax. The amount will depend on which county you reside. Tax rates and policies are subject to change at any time without notice. With the new national sales tax legislation in place, we will be charging sales tax as required by each state. The rules are different for each state so please inquire if you want to know if your state requires sales tax. 

Order Processing

Order processing will take place 7:00 to 5:00 Pacific Standard Time, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after hours or over weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you place an order and do not receive an order confirmation within a few seconds, please check your junk or spam folder first, then contact us by email, or by phone and we will investigate quickly. Order fulfillment will vary from product to product. Some items will ship the following day while others may be “built to order” such as TCI frames and may take 3 weeks to complete before shipping. We will have information provided within each product’s description so as to inform the customer as to what to expect. Most items will ship in 1-3 business days once payment has been received (checks will be held for 3 business days before releasing an order to ship). Delays or back ordered product status will be emailed to the customer as the information is provided to us. Please be patient, as we are often at the mercy of our suppliers and their chain of communication may not be as responsive as FAB Quests standards would like to dictate!


UPS – FedEx – USPS are all used at various times. Package size and weight will often determine the carrier used. We will search for the lowest cost shipping options that offer reliable service. Most of our products are heavy and will be only offered at Ground Service. Some items will be available for faster shipping services such as 2 Day and Next Day Air. Please inquire and adjustments can be made after checkout if applicable. Tracking numbers will be provided by email whenever possible.
