67-69 Mustang & Cougar Front Power Disc Brake Conversion for Manual Shift Cars

This comprehensive kit fits the factory drum V8 spindle only. It uses factory correct components to provide OEM type front power disc brakes. This complete bolt-on system includes everything you need to complete the conversion using your original Ford V8 drum brake spindles. Drilling of firewall to mount booster bracket may be required in some cases. Choice of  zinc plated or black powder coated 4 piston Kelsey Hays calipers with stainless steel pistons. It includes a new manual brake pedal assembly, new Midland Ross power booster and an adjustable proportioning valve. Dramatically improves performance and reliability.

*** Included booster will not fit on a 1970 Mustang and a failure will occur. Do NOT attempt to bleed the brakes with vacuum assist or car running. Bleed brakes with car off and no vacuum applied. Bleeding with vacuum applied will cause the rod to over extend and brake the internal pieces inside the booster. No refunds will be given on this booster if that occurs! ***

Please Note: Kit converts cars to 5 x 4.50″ bolt pattern. Minimum wheels size is steel 14″ . This kit may also fit the Torino, Montego, Fairlane and others.
