Warranties by Product Line

Warranty inbound shipments will not be accepted without a pre-arranged RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Retain all shipping and packing invoices with your products to ensure proper warranty service.Warranty claims will be administered by the manufacture of your product.You will need to follow the directions specified by the manufacture. Warranty details are included with each shipment and are also reproduced below. Please locate the manufacturer of your defective product to proceed. In the event your are not getting the answers your looking for from the manufacturer or need some assistance from FAB Quest, please email us at customer.service@fabquest.com. We will gladly step in to assist in your warranty claim.

FAB Quest brand products:

All FAB Quest brand products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee is void in the event of misuse, neglect, improper installation or misdiagnosis. At our discretion, we will repair or replace any product found to be defective subject to our inspection and approval. Please contact FAB Quest at customer.service@fabquest.com to start your RMA warranty claim.

FAB Quest custom produced products:

Products that are manufactured to a customers specific specifications are considered custom made products. All FAB Quest Custom products are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Because of the unique nature of these parts, other restrictions may apply. This guarantee is void in the event of misuse, neglect, improper installation or misdiagnosis. At our discretion, we will repair or replace any product found to be defective subject to our inspection and approval. MBM Brakes products:

All MBM products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee is void in the event of misuse, neglect, improper installation or misdiagnosis. At our discretion, we will repair or replace any product found to be defective subject to our inspection and approval. Please contact FAB Quest at customer.service@fabquest.com to start your RMA warranty claim.



Total Cost Involved:

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform FAB Quest of any order discrepancies or shortages within 7 days from the shipping date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Rocket Performance Wheels:

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 15 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform FAB Quest of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the shipping date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

All refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was made and require 7 to 30 days to process. Payment made by wire transfer will receive a check refund unless the customer is willing to pay for wire transfer fees ($25). All returns will be inspected for physical damage and completeness. Physical damage or evidence of misuse or improper installation will void the products warranty and will not be accepted for refund. We recommend returned items be shipped insured.

Refurbished, Open Stock, Salvage or Used Products:

All sales are final for refurbished, open stock, wrecking yard or used products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for support and or repair information. This is your only recourse for refurbished, open stock, salvage or used products sold by FABQuest.com
