Terms and Conditions

 

IMPORTANT: The Terms and Conditions of Sale contain very important information about your rights and obligations as well as warranty limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order.

 

Returns:

Returns will not be accepted without a pre-arranged RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact us by phone or email to begin the RMA / Refund process. Warranty claims will be administered by the manufacture of your product.You will need to follow the directions specified by the manufacture. Warranty details are included with each shipment and are also reproduced under the Customer Service area of our web site.

The table below states the return period for each brand of product we carry. The RMA# must be requested during the return time frames stated below. All items must be received by the manufacturer within 15 days from the RMA issue date, no exceptions. Return instructions will be sent by email with the RMA#. Returns must be shipped in original packaging, including inner protective materials and must include all booklets, fasteners, gaskets and any other included items in new, resalable condition. Installed or modified parts are not refundable and will be returned to the customer. Incomplete or damaged returns will be charged a fee or may be refused depending on the repair or replacement costs regardless if the goods were damaged during return shipment or not. .

FAB Quest, Viking Shocks, Full Tilt Street Rods brand products:

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original shipping date for refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform FAB Quest of any order discrepancy within 10 days from the shipping date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Full Tilt Street Rods Products:
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform FAB Quest of any order discrepancy within 10 days from the shipping date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. MBM will not accept returns that do not have a full explanation on the tag as to the problem with a particular product.

MBM Brakes products:

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform FAB Quest of any order discrepancy within 10 days from the shipping date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. MBM will not accept returns that do not have a full explanation on the tag as to the problem with a particular product.

 

Total Cost Involved:

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform FAB Quest of any order discrepancies or shortages within 7 days from the shipping date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

  Wilwood Engineering:

 All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 15 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform FAB Quest of any order      discrepancy within 7 days from the shipping date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

 

Monies:

All refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was made and require 7 to 14 days to process. Payment made by wire transfer will receive a check refund unless the customer is willing to pay for wire transfer fees ($25). All returns will be inspected for physical damage and completeness. Physical damage or evidence of misuse or improper installation will void the products warranty and will not be accepted for refund. We recommend returned items be shipped insured.

----General Info----

Refurbished, Open Stock, Salvage or Used Products: All sales are final for refurbished, open stock, wrecking yard or used products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for support and or repair information. This is your only recourse for refurbished, open stock, salvage or used products sold by FABQuest.com

Damaged During Shipment:Inspect your package upon receipt. Notify the courier/driver immediately if damage is found. Be sure to keep your packing materials for inspection by the carrier. Shipping damage claims need to be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this time frame may not be honored by the carrier. Contact FAB Quest immediately if your product(s) are damaged. FAB Quest will not be responsible for any denied damage claims made by the shipper.

Refused Shipments:Customers will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15% plus freight charges for any refused order.

Freight Charges:Shipping charges and expenses are not refundable and will be deducted from any final refund amount. No exceptions.
