Application: Mustang II IFS Equiped Cars & Trucks

Tired of your old tech separate coil spring and shock suspension? It was ok for Ford back in 1974 but its not any longer! These shocks use a bearing 1/2" eyelet style bottom mount and a threaded stud on top that works with the OE style M-II upper mount. The top stud slips through the upper shock mount just like the old shock. T-bar mount available below for flat plate type platforms. A hybrid conical silver powder coated spring is included. The narrow end rides on the "adjustable for ride height" threaded shock collar while the top flares and fits into the M-II spring hat. This premium US made race quality shock has both rebound and compression knobs, each with 18 clicks of adjustment. The shock is rebuildable and comes clear anodized. The threaded collar sets your ride height. Choose your spring weight and add the spanner wrench/thrust bearing kit for easy "on the fly" adjustments.

You will need lower arms made for coil over shocks. You cannot use the old style stock bottom shock mount to mount the coil overs. The bolt is too thin and not supproted near the coil over mount. We offer lower control arms for coil over shocks.
