This Total Cost Involved front sway bar fits all 55 56 and 57 Chevy passenger cars, Nomads, wagons etc. This 1" performance bar offers greater control vs. the common 7/8" bar but is not as harsh as the 1 1/8" bars on the market. It’s a good compromise for someone who wishes to have "flat" cornering without being hammered by pavement irregularities (sway bars do stifen your ride). Can be use with our without a rear sway bar. Bang for the buck? Add some good shocks and your 50 year old car will surprise you in its ability to get around those corners!

As with all TCI products, fit, finish and engineering is superb making for an easy install. The bar is powder coated black. This kit does not need the massive "span the frame rails" flat mounting bar that some other kits use thus keeping your front end weight down.
